6. Hallmark & Materials
Unless otherwise specified:
- Products are manufactured using genuine 925 Sterling Silver.
- Hallmarking is provided where applicable and in accordance with relevant standards.
- Jewellery may contain Cubic Zirconia (CZ), Moissanite, or other decorative stones depending on product specifications.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Orders
Orders become binding only after:
- Written confirmation by Dehar Exports.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, regulatory restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
10. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment shall be made by Bank Transfer.
- Orders require 100% advance payment before processing.
- Credit terms may be extended solely to approved repeat customers at our discretion.
- Production and dispatch commence only after payment clearance.
All bank charges incurred by the buyer’s bank shall be the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
11. OEM & Private Label Orders
For custom manufacturing, OEM, or private label projects:
- Technical specifications supplied by the buyer remain the buyer’s responsibility.
- Production begins only after design and specification approval.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Customized products are generally non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing error attributable to Dehar Exports.
12. Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted international courier partners such as DHL and FedEx.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
- Delivery schedules are estimates only.
- Transit times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and logistics conditions.

13. Customs, Duties & Taxes
The buyer is solely responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs clearance
- VAT, GST, or local taxes
- Import permits and regulatory compliance in the destination country
Dehar Exports shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or shipment holds resulting from customs procedures or local import regulations.
14. Inspection Upon Delivery
Buyers are required to inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
Any claims relating to:
- Transit damage
- Incorrect products
- Quantity discrepancies
must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and supporting documentation.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
15. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.
Generally:
- Returns are accepted only for transit damage or incorrect items supplied by Dehar Exports.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is attributable to Dehar Exports.
16. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Orders cannot be cancelled:
- After production has commenced.
- For customized or OEM/private label products once production has started.

17. Warranty
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
- Products are supplied without any express or implied warranty.
- Dehar Exports does not provide warranties against normal wear, tarnishing, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, chemical exposure, or manufacturing defects beyond the obligations expressly stated in applicable law.
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Product photographs
- Product descriptions
- Catalogues
- Graphics
- Documents
- Website design
- Branding
is the exclusive property of Dehar Exports or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

- Pandemics
